Reach Shillong Ministries‘s Out of School Programme is an educational programme which aims to make Right To Education a reality in the life of the never enrolled and drop out children, particularly for the under-privileged children. This programme is sponsored by the SSA Department, Government of Meghalaya. Never enrolled and school dropout children between the age group of 6-14 years are provided with free and compulsory education. At the end of the year, after assessing their performance, the students are mainstreamed to regular
schooling. At present, the school is located at Laitkor, with a total number of 220 students.
